Who we are
This website is operated by bFEARLESS Exotics LLC, a wholesale buyer of luxury and exotic vehicles. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.
We do not publish a street address, because our facility holds high-value vehicles. You can reach us at any time at seth@bfearlessexotics.com and we will answer any question about your information, including a request to delete it.
What we collect
When you ask us to buy your car. Your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code, together with the details you give us about the vehicle: VIN, mileage, color, options, condition and history, title status, and whether there is finance outstanding, including an approximate payoff figure and the lender.
Photographs. If you add photos of your vehicle, we store them so we can value the car accurately.
Instant offer tool. The offer tool on our homepage is provided by AccuTrade, a Cars Commerce service. Information you enter into it goes to Cars Commerce as well as to us, and is handled under their own terms and privacy notice, which are linked inside the tool itself.
Automatically. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through Google Analytics and through Cloudflare, which serves and protects this site.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your Social Security number, driving licence number, bank details or card details through this website.
How we use it
- To value your vehicle and make you an offer.
- To contact you about that offer and arrange collection and payment if you accept.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations as a licensed vehicle dealer.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box when you submit the form, we may contact you by text message about your vehicle. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will stop. Opting out of texts does not stop us contacting you by email or phone about a sale already in progress.
Who we share it with
- GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system where enquiries are stored and worked.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores submitted photographs.
- Google Analytics, for site usage statistics.
- Cars Commerce (AccuTrade), if you use the instant offer tool.
- Transport companies, auction houses and lienholders, only where that is necessary to complete a sale you have agreed to.
- Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them for the sale and for the periods required of a vehicle dealer afterwards. Photographs you upload are deleted automatically six months after they are submitted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner by emailing us.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing seth@bfearlessexotics.com. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then not work as intended.
If you are a Massachusetts resident, or live in a state with its own privacy legislation, those rights apply to you in addition to the above.
This policy describes the website. It does not replace the terms of any purchase agreement you sign with us, which governs the sale itself.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
